I hope you enjoy my short story!
My name is Nathaniel Martin, and I was born and raised in South Dakota. My family was the only one living on that square mile. Growing up I enjoyed walking during the day as well as at night. I loved to watch sunsets and wrestle with my brother.
My first "paying" job was sweeping the floor in my dad's machine shop while earning 25 cents per hour. I was only about half as tall as the broom at the time. After I turned 15, I went to work at a small dairy. It was there that I learned how to weld and how to work with cattle. Eventually, I went to work at a local factory as a welder. By asking many questions, I learned to operate and program the welding robots.
When I was 26, I moved to Minnesota to work for a robot integrator that specialized in bagging and palletization systems. It was there that I learned much about electrical components and PLC programming. I then worked for two other companies before I decided to launch my own business.
